Leaders of different political parties in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have hailed the initiatives of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for flood affected people.

In an exclusive interview with our correspondent in Peshawar, Johar Ali, Member Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, Samar Haroon Bilour of ANP said declaring emergency in the rain and flood affected areas by the federal government to accelerate relief and rehabilitation process is the need of the hour.

Member Provincial Assembly Ahmad Karim Kundi of PPP also hailed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's concerns and initiatives for all the flood affected people.

He said we should set aside political differences in this hour of trial in the best public interest and take coordinated efforts to help the rains and flood affected people.
