The Economic Coordination Committee of the cabinet has approved extension in the Prime Minister’s Relief Package up to 30th of this month on all five essential items at Utility Stores.

The Committee which met in Islamabad with Finance Minister Miftah Ismael in the chair allowed that Ghee shall be sold on all Utility Stores outlets throughout the country at reduced rate of  300 rupees per kg irrespective of the higher market prices.

The ECC further approved allocation of over three point four billion rupees funds as Supplementary Grant for Utility Stores Corporation.

The Committee accorded approval of four billion rupees as additional funds for the construction of Gilgit- Shandoor Road.
