The Minister of state for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib says Pakistan has rendered unprecedented sacrifices in the war against terror.

Talking to media in Faisalabad on Saturday, he said Pakistan being the worst victim of Afghan war has been working hard for the restoration of peace in the region.

Replying to a question he said that appreciation of dollar in Pakistan is much lower as compared to many other countries in the world.

The Minister said COVID-19 affected even the economy of the developed countries, but situation in Pakistan remained better.

Farrukh Habib termed Prime Minister's visit to Tajikistan a success.

He said New Zealand took a unilateral decision of cancelling the tour despite the Pakistan's tight security arrangements for the team.

He termed it a planned conspiracy against the revival of cricket in Pakistan.
