Minister for National Food Security Syed Fakhar Imam says minimum support price of cotton will be introduced soon.

Chairing a meeting for Cotton Intervention Price in Islamabad today (Thursday), he said this is the first time that a minimum support price for cotton will be specified.

The Minister said cotton had been put back though cotton is above other crops for the economy of Pakistan.
